Capabilities

C.N.C. Punching

2 Amada Punching Stations;  with Auto-loader capabilities. Capable of punching all night in a closed shop environment.

 

Laser Cutting

Amada & The new 5000 watt Mitsubishi LV Laser Cutting Systems help save tooling costs and increase your time to market. A wide range of materials including steel up to 1" thick, 3/8" aluminum and 1/2" stainless steel are cut on the lasers to avoid stress deforming, with no tooling charges. Any shape desired can be cut again, with no tooling charge. Special material handling equipment allows for 60" X 120" sheet size to be used in the processing area.

 

Forming

Press Brakes up to 110 ton capacity. All with Electronic back gauging systems.

 

Welding

6 Booths equipped with MIG or TIG Welding systems. Spot Welding for Steel and Aluminum up to 175 KVA

 

Finishing

We subcontract all of the Plating. Painting and Silk Screening is done in our modern 10,000 square foot in house paint facility.
